Have nearly finished the head wreath, will post pictures tomorrow.


Still haven't sold my Easter Wreath, I really want it sold for 2 reasons, it will be my first sale and also I haven't anywhere to store it.  If anyone has any comments about my wreath, good or bad, please post a comment on here, I would love to know if it appeals to people, it does to me, but its not me buying!

Here is my lovely mug, arrived today, I love Emma Bridgewater, I am going to try and build up my collection.  I have a little bit of money from my Nan who died a few years ago and I am going to buy a nice piece or a few pieces from Emma Bridgewater, once I can work out where I will put them or it.

These are the flowers I am going to use for a floral head piece, its not a great picture, the colours haven't come out too well, the roses are actually a soft pink, am going to start making it tomorrow.  I still haven't sold anything on Etsy, I so want sell my Easter Wreath, have lowered the price now as I think perhaps £20 too expensive.

Have a date with the tv tonight, Bedtime live is on, we all really need some sleep in my house at the moment, I am getting roughly 5 hrs (if I am lucky) then am woken up by a certain person who comes to sleep in my bed and thats it, I cant get back to sleep. Its awful, this programme may give me the answer, I think not!!

Yippee someone has' favourited' my heart shaped wreath on Etsy, not too sure what that means,am guessing its like items you watch on ebay.  I haven't got loads in my shop, but really want to sell something, what an acheivement that would be.  I won the Emma Bridgewater mug, am very pleased, can't wait for it to turn up in the post.
Guess what, its another dreary cold day, the news is reporting cold weather, including snow until after Easter.  Now don't get me wrong, I love snow but I am getting a bit bored of it now, we need some nice spring weather. I want to go out in my garden please.

This is a lovely picture of spring, where has our spring gone! Its raining again, its cold again, and its dreary again.  We need some nice warm, bright sunny days please.  Am very tired today but still thinking about ways to promote my Etsy Shop that will have more items added to it as time goes by, and how to promote my facebook page: BsSilkFloralDesign. Am not very good at using Facebook, but I know I have to get to grips with it, its getting more Friends/Like that I am struggling with.  I hope my Easter Wreath sells on Etsy, seems that lots of people are looking at it, I don't think its overpriced, there are a lot on there going for a far higher price than mine.



Looks like I might have won this on Ebay, I love Emma Bridgewater, I am planning on using this one rather than putting it on display. We need more mugs, the others keep breaking and no they aren't Emma Bridgewater.

Yippee I have a lovely 'springy' Silk Flower Head Wreath to do for a very special and cute young lady.  Am looking forward to making it, will post some pictures once I get started.

So, the world/Catholic Religion has a new pope and Guernsey has eight foot snow drifts, I know which story I prefer. Eight foot snow drifts, wow, would love to be in Guernsey at the moment, it also says that we could get more snow, wohoo!!!!

Just got home, it's snowing/sleeting again. Little one fallen asleep in car and now I can't wake him up! Am just thinking if I am ever going to get these silk flowers of the ground, I really want to work for myself, my time at the moment is so limited, so I have to grab the time even if I don't feel like doing anything I have to, this is my one and only chance to prove I can do it. My days of working in nasty offices and office politics are over. I really don't want to go back to that.

Well good morning, I have finished of the wreath, I am quite pleased with it, am not so sure about the heart, I think it has too many flowers, may start again with that one. The wreath was easy to do, have decorated it with daffodils, blossom, crocuses and small decorated eggs all with the help of a glue gun! This morning started of bright and sunny but now it looks like its going to pour down, just as I have to leave. More later .....

Evening time now, my head is buzzing with ideas, am so determined to work for myself, have loads of ideas and designs in my head.  Will get there in the end.  The snow has nearly all melted away, still feels cold but not as cold as it was, had a good day today.  Will finish my wreath tomorrow, look out for a picture to come soon.  Oh by the way, the pictures above are of another wreath I have made.  Have put them on Etsy, will let you know if they sell, Fingers crossed and all that!

Well here I am, don't quite know what I am doing with this blog thing but am going to go with the flow. Am feeling creative, will finish my Easter Wreath tomorrow, but am also trying to do loads of things in the 3 hours  I have before I collect my little one. Anyone have any snow? Its soooooo cold and windy.
